3) Hashim 04/Roh/01156, were arrested from Portdickson, Seremban by Rela at 10:20 pm, in 22 May 2007 and detained at Lenggeng Detention Camp. The horrific condition lead them and offered for cancellation of UNHCR recognition and their UNHCR ID card also surrendered in there to comprise under illegal act.
Therefore, they 3 had been handed over to Thai-border authority and followed to reenter into Malaysia by 2000 RM payment. If not they would be sell into fishing boat or plantation. The worst are who had no condition to entry again would be voluntary handed over to Myanmar authority, usually.
Accordantly their reported, they safely arrived to KL in 29 June 2007.

2)Ismail 05/Roh/00394 (body no.0188)
3) Yunus 04/Roh/00793 (body no.8423), were arrested in 03 may 2007 and detained at Semenyith Detention Camp. They entered again under handed over Thai-Agency by 1600 RM payment on 20 June 2007.
4) Anwar Hussain 04/Roh/01600 (body no.64740), was arrested on 13 May 2007 and detained at Lenggeng Detention Camp. He arrived at KL in 20 June 2007 under handed over Thai-Agency by 1600 RM payment.
5) Md Aesob 512-05C 01286, was arrested from Terenganu on 07 May 2007 and detained at Agile Detention Camp, Terenganu State. In 24 July 2007, he arrived back under handed over Thai-Agency by 1500 RM payment.
6) Md Salim 512-04C 00497, was also arrested and detained at Lenggeng Detention Camp in 07 June 2007, then reentered to KL under handed over Thai-Agency by 2000 RM payment in 28 July 2007.

And others UNHCR recognized 10 Rohingyas were together arrested from Terenganu by Rela in 30 May 2007 and detained at Agile Terenganu Detention Camp. Before deported to Thailand, they had been transferred to Tanah Maerah Detention Camp and handed over to Thai-Agency. Therefore, only 3 of 12 arrived to KL under handed over Agency by 1800 RM and others 9 were still left under Agency.
3) Abu Tayub ,not yet registered with UNHCR because of UNHCR restricted since 2004 for Rohingya registration on the current policy. But his uncle, g-father and g-mother were resettled to Norway from Malaysia-UNHCR since 2002. He was arrested from Sungai Buluh by Immigration in 12 Feb 2007 and kept at Demansara Immigration Lock up for one week later sent again to Semenyith Detention Camp for 16 days. After that, the Court charged 3 months jail at Kajang Jail. There to transferred again to Semenyith camp for 16 days and handed over to Thailand Agency. He had been paid 1800 RM for his safely entry back to Malaysia.
Group (d)
1) Yar Mohamed with family, under 5 year aged two children, were arrested from Johor since the end of 2006 and detained at Johor Pekan Nenas Detention Camp for 7 months later sent again to Terenganu Agile Detention Camp for 2 months. Then handed over to Thai-Agency and arrived back under handed over Agency.
According to their report, more than 100 of UNHCR recognized Rohingya refugees were handed over to Thai Agency in July 2007 and half of them had been entered again to Malaysia by handed over Agency.
Still collecting …..On the basic fact of current situation regarding that ;1) No one able to protect such rule2) Prominence of victims3) No legal protection to UNHCR recognized stateless Rohingya refugee detainees even for release because frontier UNHCR’s Asylum force system overwhelmed since 2001 except deportation indirectly to where the origin of the persecution. and4) Reluctant on global crisis.
